Where is my delivery?

We understand the date you choose when placing your order is your "preferred delivery date".  However, for orders that are Direct Despatch from our Supplier, or for delivery to the Isle-of-Man or Scotland, it can take longer.

Your delivery date has not been confirmed until you have received your despatch email.

When you have received an email notifying you that your order has been despatched, you can track your delivery status using the following. If you haven't received your delivery or it hasn't arrived on time, you can contact your courier directly for an update. (Please make sure you select the correct courier.)
