We are able to provide this service in certain areas depending on how your bed is being delivered (the bed to be removed must be disassembled before delivery). If you wish to inquire about this service please email us on sales@bedfactorydirect.co.uk providing the address and we will happily let you know if this is an available option for your area.
Please note: Our drivers and couriers are not able to collect any mattresses that are soiled due to hygiene reasons.
