Under normal circumstances, the following happens:
- You will automatically receive an email notification including a copy of your order. (This is a confirmation we have received your order.)
- Your order is then processed for delivery.
- You will then receive an email to confirm your order have been despatched.
- The courier will then contact you the day before to give you an idea of an estimated delivery slot. When you placed your order you will have chosen your "Preferred Delivery Date", we endeavor to deliver on this date, your delivery date is not confirmed until the courier has contacted you with a date.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date once we have received your cheque and our bank has confirmed it has cleared into our account.
If you have chosen to pay by DivideBuy Finance we will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as DivideBuy update us that the finance has been agreed.
