Can I specify a time for delivery?

We aim to get your bed to you on your preferred delivery date however we can not provide a specific time and it will be an all day call. When your item is shipped, if possible, the courier will text with a more specific time but unfortunately, we have no control over the courier company's delivery schedule on the delivery day.

Opened Items Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been slept on we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
