Internet Returns Policy

Mattresses
Under The Consumer Regulations Act, Mattresses can be returned due to change of mind. As per the regulations you will need to inform us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@bedfactorydirect.co.uk  including proof of purchase, we will then provide you with a returns reference and the address details for our warehouse. You will need to return the mattress using your own courier. We recommend you request proof of collection and delivery from your courier.

We do not offer sleep trials. You are not able to return any mattresses after the protective hygiene bag has been opened as this is a hygiene seal. You are not able to return any mattress made to a bespoke size.

If a mattress is reported as faulty within 14 days of delivery Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have an early right to reject goods for a refund, if you report the fault after 14 days and up to 12 months we reserve the right to exchange for the same model or repair. In all cases, we require proof of purchase and we will request pictures so that we can assess the problem or forward them to manufacturer's to resolve this for you. A mattress cannot be deemed faulty if it has not been rotated or turned as this is deemed to be misused as it has not been cared for.

Beds & Headboards
Under The Consumer Regulations Act, beds and headboards can be returned due to change of mind. As per the regulations you will need to inform us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@bedfactorydirect.co.uk  including proof of purchase we will then provide you a returns reference and the address details for our warehouse. You will need to return the bed or headboard using your own courier. We recommend you request proof of collection and delivery from your courier.

We do not offer trials of beds and you are only able to return a bed or headboard if it is unused and in its packaging.

A wooden or metal bed cannot be deemed faulty if it has been on a hard floor without padding under the legs as per the assembly instructions.
