Store Returns Policy

As mattresses are made to order. Once delivered, they can not be returned due to change of preference as you are able to try them in store

If a mattress purchased in store is reported as faulty within 12 months, providing you can provide proof of purchase we may request pictures or book an inspection so that we can assess the problem or forward them to manufacturer's to resolve this for you (proof of purchase will be required).

A mattress cannot be deemed faulty if it has not been rotated or turned as this is deemed to be misuse as it has not been cared for.

Beds and Headboards
Once delivered, beds and headboards can only be returned if unopened and within 14 days of delivery. These must be returned using your own courier or transport to our warehouse in Knowsley once this can been agreed with us by email at
